Upcoming Plots for Believe In Heroes

STORYLINES IN THE STORY OF BELIEVE IN HEROES:

In order for everyone to be in tune with what is coming, we decided to post the entire sequence of plots and events that we are running or plan to run for the site. The sequence is subject to change if and when other people provide an awesome plot idea that we can incorporate. Also, I will continue to monitor how things progress and once I see some of the plots are done, I will scratch them from the list so we follow an order as well as adding people who want in.

Another important thing is that some plots can run parallel, because some are not dependent on the completion of others. That said, some of these plots are dependent so one cannot start while the other is still going on. Independent threads do have a bearing on the plots as well, because one thing cannot happen before a set up is established. Keep that in mind when you write your characters, as some things have not happened yet so the characters cannot have knowledge of them, for example.

Last but not least, I am not including character development plots, personal character plots or sub-plots (like relationship sub-plots and the likes) in the list. That is up to the writers to follow whatever they wish for their characters on a personal and character development level.

-- Natasha takes the Secret Avengers to a few Level 10 secret facilities. In one of them, the team finds Nick Fury and from there they formulate a plan to strike at the different Hydra dominated bases, especially after Natasha set up what she calls “The Alliance”, by bringing into the war the X-Men and the Fantastic Four. They discover that not all the bases have been taken over by Hydra completely.

PARTICIPANTS: THE SECRET AVENGERS

I DON'T BELIEVE IN FAIRY TALES, I BELIEVE IN YOU AND ME Plot:

-- With the decor sorted, courtesy of Tony Stark, Andrea Marguilies, with the help of Kitty Pryde, throws a party for the staff and students alike at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. The theme? Fairy Tales. All of the mansion's residents will be expected to arrive at the party in the Danger Room, dressed up as a figure of folklore of their choice. Shadowcat also plans to use this thematic event as a way to address the very real threat of HYDRA, opening the students eyes to the group that now stands in place of S.H.I.E.L.D, looming over them.

ULTRON: RISE AND FALL

– The big daddy of them all, scheduled to start in mid-August, this is the big site-wide event. It is going to be (we hope) so massive that it has its own Plot Page. Check it out for more info and updates.

THE HELLFIRE CLUB MAKES THEIR MOVE Plot:

-- As Ultron happens and both heroes and villains join forces to stop him, the HFC makes his move to retrieve Loki's scepter during the chaos with Ultron. [/s]

OPERATION ANT BITES:

-- After Ultron's the site-wide event is over, the next big plot twist would be Operation Ant Bites, the long awaited counterattack by the Alliance against HYDRA and A.I.M's bases all over the world. Communicating with the X-men, the Fantastic Four, and Avengers, the Secret Avengers will coordinate this attack. This brings about a great deal of problems for Hydra who later will seek out a different approach to deal with the Alliance, meaning the possible formation of the CABAL (more about it below). Operation Ant Bites is the Stalingrad, the D-Day, the Battle of the Bulge for the good guys! It came about in some posts with Natasha where she realized that what she has done against HYDRA has amount to nothing more than an 'ant bite', it stung but hardly something to be concerned about. It was then that the idea of building an alliance to fight HYDRA came about, that the only way to hurt them was to sting them at the same time in different places... like "bites of many ants" as she say. This will be the first counterattack against HYDRA that would actually make them scratch... hard!

THE CABAL:

-- Loki finally gets his scepter back and refuses to let anyone else touch it. Clearly, he has issues. Kass wants to retrieve the scepter back by force but Strucker stops her saying that Loki will eventually see the benefits of joining with them. Meanwhile Wanda Maximoff will come in contact with the Hellfire Club and the possibility of a joining of the two groups, with the even more dangerous alliance with HYDRA. Ophelia would be HFC representative in HYDRA and Strucker (who is already a member of the HFC as Robert, but did not know there was an Inner Circle) would be inducted in the Inner Circle. In essence, it is a merging of the three groups (the bad guys answer to the Alliance), with members having positions in each group. Kasandra could be the White Knight as well as second in command of Hydra, etc.

-- The makeup of the Cabal after all this would be: Strucker, Kasandra, Emma, Loki, Christian Frost, Ophelia, and Wanda Maximoff. Under them, the members of HYDRA, the Brotherhood and the HFC.

THE SUPERHUMAN REGISTRATION ACT

– After Ultron and all the other situations, the public is going to be fed up with everthing and demand the passing and enacting of the SHRA. This would bring a lot of possible clashed even between allies, as many in the alliance do agree with the act while others don't. It also will bring...


THE SENTINELS!

– A.I.M., behind HYDRA and the Cabal's back, is secretly developing the Sentinels for their own nefarious purposes. A.I.M. have had a few mentions in threads on the site and they even attacked a Frost International lab where Doctor Octavius work. This will become another site-wide event in the future. [/ul]

These are some... there are more coming in the future. As with everything, please feel free to have your characters join in these plots, as they are created for you to enjoy doing some writing. Please notify us the Staff or post below ideas you might have or characters you want to throw to one or all the plots.
