He was tired, it was late and he shouldn't be here anymore. But everything was better than being at home in the narrowness of his appartment in which he would just get lost in the darkness of his thoughts, the sweetness of his lonliness and the bitterness of his memories. Apart from this, his division of Frost International had some logistic issues that needed to be solved without risking their trading partners sending angry emails and threatening Frost International into a defensive position. The latter wouldn't suit Emma if she ever get to know about it and she will learn about it. Christian himself did not like the thought of being the one to crawl on his hands and knees and bootlick those who were supposed to follow and crawl before Frost International. His eyes were already hurting from hours he was staring at the screen of his computer to find the error in the timetable and to locate the section of his division that was causing the trouble. He also spent enough hours on his cell phone to communicate with those responsible and where beneath him and seemed to have neglect their duty or were simply too dumb to do their job right. Rubbing with his right hand over his forehead, he closed his eyes and granted them a brief rest which his mind didn't take. His thoughts were racing back and forth in order to get it solved and finally get some sleep. So far, however... nothing helped. That calls for a cup of coffee he got fed up with the situation he stuck in. He walked out of his office and walked through the corridor and into the small kitchen of the floor. He filled a cup of coffee and returned to his office, but he still abandoned his chair and instead walked over to the window, staring into the night, looking at the lights of the city and enjoying his coffee when he suddenly-. He stormed to his desk, put down the cup of coffee and hammered words into the keyboard, clicking here and there with the mouse and staring at the screen before him once more, waiting for the machine to calculate the data anew. Bingo he exclaimed and fished for his cell phone calling one of his foremen. Harry, wake up! No shit, I know it's late at night. Now listen... I send you an email with the changes and you... listen up, man! You get dressed and take care it's done before six am or your ass is mine and there is no pun intended! he finished the call and sent the email he just mentioned. Satisfied with himself he fell back into his chair and bathed in his triumph when he heard noises. At first, he thought it was only the security who was making a round but then he heard a door falling into its lock. No security personal was allowed to enter the office when there was no reason to do so. He stepped out of his own office and listened once more to locate where it was coming from. And it wasn't far away, in fact it was next door... still a part of his own personal office. Because Christian did lose the meaning of life a long time ago and rather was sick of life, he did not even think of calling the security personal. No, instead he opened the door and turned on the light. And God said, Let there be light and there was light... His ice blue eyes fixed the person before him before he leaned against the doorframe, crossed his arms before his chest and allowed his eyes to roam about the room to detect which places had been already searched. Would you be a sweetheart and tell me what you are looking for, perhaps I can help? No he can't but he needn't to be impolite from the start. lyrics: imagine dragons words: 661 tagged: @feral outfit: here! notes: If there's something you like me to change, pm me.
